Komplex aus aktiviertem Faktor X (= Xa), Phospholipiden, Faktor V u. Calcium-Ionen, der als „Blut- oder Gewebsthrombokinase“ entsteht (Intrinsic- bzw. Extrinsic-System) u. Prothrombin in Thrombin umwandelt.
